Privacy Policy

Remember I Said This (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) is operated by Endless Vista Ventures LLC.
Short version: You log predictions. We store them so you can track your gut. We don’t sell your data. You can delete everything anytime by emailing [email protected].
1. Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Account information (email, username)
- Predictions and outcomes you log
- Usage data and analytics
From Google sign-in: your email address, display name, and profile picture. We use Google OAuth only — we never see your Google password.
From your use of the app: the predictions you log (title, your call, your reasoning, conviction level, outcome), timestamps, and category.
Voice recordings: if you use voice intake, your audio is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI (Whisper) for transcription. The audio is not stored — only the transcribed text and structured fields are saved.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information:
- To provide Gut Scores, AI coaching, and insights
- To improve the App
- To communicate with you (if you opt in)
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell it to anyone.
AI features: when you use pre-check or post-outcome coaching, your prediction content is sent to the Anthropic Claude API. Anthropic’s API does not use API inputs to train their models. See anthropic.com/privacy.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared with:
- AI providers (e.g. Anthropic/Claude) to generate coaching
- Service providers who help run the App
Specifically, we share data only as needed to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Anthropic (AI features), Google (authentication), Resend (transactional email), and Stripe (payment processing, if you subscribe).
Payments: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy and PCI compliance program.
If you choose to share a receipt publicly (via the share button), that prediction becomes viewable by anyone with the link.
4. Data Security & Storage
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
Your data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (a SQLite database on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, US data centers). The app runs on Cloudflare Pages.
Cookies and local storage: We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We use localStorage and sessionStorage to remember UI preferences (e.g. last tab viewed). We use Google Analytics in cookieless mode (consent denied by default — no GA cookies are set, IP addresses are anonymized). No advertising cookies. No third-party tracking pixels.
5. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing [email protected].
You can also request access to or correction of your data at the same address. EU users have additional rights under GDPR. California users have additional rights under CCPA. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Data retention: Your predictions and account data are retained until you request deletion. We may delete inactive accounts after 24 months of inactivity with reasonable notice.
Age requirement: This service is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We’ll note the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App means you accept the changes.
